About the Founder
Kelly Welch found her boutique in 2020. Kelly’s boutique is a place for friends and family to shop, laugh & enjoy together. She also offers a full service family hair salon in the back of the boutique.
All combined, it provides a one stop shop for a complete head to toe makeover experience.
